Shipping

We offer both national and international shipping in a fast and secure manner.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the country, region, and order weight. The rates indicated correspond to the minimum cost for orders up to 1 kg. For heavier orders, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.

Spain and Portugal

• Mainland Spain: Free shipping.
• Balearic Islands: From €4.99 · Free on orders over €60.
• Canary Islands: From €12.99 · Free on orders over €90.
• Mainland Portugal: Free shipping.

We work with Correos Express for Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal, and with Correos for the Canary Islands.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Portugal: between 3 and 5 business days.
• Canary Islands: between 3 and 7 business days (delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures).

For shipments to the Canary Islands, customers will be required to provide their ID number (DNI/NIE) for customs clearance purposes.

Europe

We ship via UPS to France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Ireland, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Sweden, and the Czech Republic.

• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

Norway

• Shipping from €9.99.
• Free shipping on orders over €60.
• Shipping via UPS Express.
• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

We do not currently ship to countries not listed on this page.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes. You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unopened and unused.
• Be in perfect condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.

All our fragrances over 100 ml include a complimentary sample vial, allowing you to try the fragrance before opening the full-size bottle. If the fragrance does not suit you, you may return the unopened full-size product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

Products Excluded from Returns

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for:

• Discovery Sets.
• Individual samples.
• Opened, used, or unsealed products.

Requesting a Return or Cancellation

Customers who have an account in our store can manage their return or cancellation requests directly from their customer account.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange collection.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or the exercise of the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Recommendations

Please ensure that returned products are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

We also recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Perfumes Jimmy Boyd cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
