Returns and Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. You may request a return within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To accept a return, the product must:
- Be unopened and unused.
- Be in perfect condition.
- Keep its original packaging.
All our fragrances include a 3 ml sample vial so you can try the perfume before opening the full-size product. This way, if the fragrance does not connect with you, you may request a return as long as the main product remains unopened.
Once received and inspected at our facilities, we will process the refund within a maximum period of 7 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will assume the costs and arrange the collection.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Recommendations
We recommend packaging products carefully to avoid damage during transport.
We also recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Perfumes Jimmy Boyd is not responsible for loss or damage caused during return shipping.
